"Nearly 2,000 people packed Broadway on Friday to pose for a photograph that will be sent as a Valentine's Day gift to Eagle County troops stationed in the Middle East. More than a dozen men and women from Eagle County are stationed in the Middle East as part of Operation Desert Storm. Eagle, the county seat, has a population of 1,580.
