Mabel, Carol "Bobbye," and Don Ginther posed in front of automobile. Donald Burdett Ginther was born Nov. 3, 1910, in Belvidere, Nebraska. He married Mabel Gehr on June 30, 1930. They lived in Minturn while Don worked as a miner at Gilman.
Carol Ginther married Russell Beck.

Studio portrait of Donald and Mabel Ginther taken for their 58th wedding anniversary on Dec. 12, 1988. After retirement, they moved from Minturn to Salida, Colorado, where this photo was taken. Don worked at Gilman and then for the Climax mine. He was also a handy man. He built a corner cupboard for Angela Beck to house some of Ollie Meyer's china.
